These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in The Next Level Mastermind ("Program") offered by Crystal Diamond 1111 ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing and/or participating in the Program, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be fully bound by these terms.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Next Level Mastermind is an 11-week group coaching and mentorship program running from September 15, 2025 through approximately December 1, 2026.
Pre-work access: August 31, 2026 Official program start date: September 15, 2026 Program end date: Approximately December 1, 2026
2. PROGRAM TIERS & DELIVERABLES
Crystal Tier
6x bi-weekly live group coaching calls
Audio trainings, resources, and materials
Replays of all calls
Access to the exclusive private community
6 months access to replays, audio trainings, and resources from the date content becomes available (August 31, 2026)
VIP Tier
All Crystal Tier inclusions, plus:
3x 1-hour private coaching sessions with Khalisah, to be scheduled and completed before December 1, 2026
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
Crystal Tier
Early Bird Price (available until August 31, 2026): $6,000 USD Payment plan: 3 x $2,233 USD
Full Price (from September 1, 2026): $7,777 USD
VIP Tier
$15,555 USD paid in full Payment plan: 3 x $5,555 USD
Payment Plans
A payment plan is offered as a courtesy and does not constitute a subscription or instalment-based purchase. By selecting a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are committing to the full purchase price of the Program.
You are legally responsible for all remaining payments regardless of your participation, attendance, completion, or satisfaction.
All payments must be completed in full, even if you choose to leave the Program early or stop participating.
Your decision to disengage from the Program does not release you from your financial obligations.
4. PAYMENT FAILURE & SUSPENSION OF ACCESS
If a scheduled payment fails, Crystal Diamond 1111 will contact you within a reasonable timeframe to resolve the issue. You will have a 7-day grace period from the date of the failed payment to bring your account current.
If payment is not resolved within 7 days, Crystal Diamond 1111 reserves the right to immediately suspend your access to all Program materials, calls, community, replays, resources, and support until your account is brought back into good standing.
Crystal Diamond 1111 reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balance through all lawful means, including but not limited to collection agencies, legal proceedings, and recovery of attorney's fees, court costs, interest, and any other expenses incurred in collecting unpaid amounts.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for a valid purchase constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Crystal Diamond 1111 reserves all legal rights and remedies available to recover amounts owed.
5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Once purchased, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, transfers, cancellations, reversals, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Failure to participate or attend live calls
Failure to complete the Program
Dissatisfaction with the Program
Scheduling conflicts
Personal, medical, or financial circumstances
Relocation
Your decision to discontinue participation or leave the Program early does not release you from your financial obligations.
6. CONTENT ACCESS & REPLAYS
Clients will have access to replays, audio trainings, and resources for 6 months from August 31, 2026. After this period, access to content will expire and Crystal Diamond 1111 is under no obligation to extend access.
Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or distributed to any third party.
7. RECORDINGS & CALLS
By participating in The Next Level Mastermind, you acknowledge and consent to calls being recorded. Recordings are made available to program participants through the private community or program platform for replay purposes.
8. TESTIMONIALS & RESULTS
Crystal Diamond 1111 may request to use your results, wins, testimonials, or likeness for marketing and promotional purposes. Your results will only be shared with your explicit permission, which may be given verbally or in writing.

9. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
The Next Level Mastermind is an educational coaching and mentorship program. Nothing contained within this Program constitutes financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or psychological advice. All decisions you make based on the information, coaching, strategies, or materials provided are solely your own responsibility.
Crystal Diamond 1111 makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding any specific outcome, including income, revenue, business growth, client acquisition, personal transformation, or success of any kind.
Any testimonials, client stories, revenue figures, or results shared within the Program, on our website, social media, or marketing materials are provided for illustrative purposes only. They are not typical results, do not represent average participant outcomes, and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
Your results depend entirely on factors outside our control, including your experience, skills, business model, market conditions, consistency, implementation, and decision-making.
No employee, contractor, coach, affiliate, or participant of Crystal Diamond 1111 is authorized to make guarantees regarding your results or earnings.
By enrolling in The Next Level Mastermind, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
